Spring 2020 Schedule

Edited 3/15/20: Hi friends, all of my public yoga and dance classes are on temporary hiatus until further notice! Please take care of yourselves and check on each other as we navigate through these novel circumstances. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti. Peace in body, mind, and spirit.

I am grateful to be offering dance and yoga practices and workshops in collaboration with In Balance Yoga and New River Moving Arts!


Classes with New River Moving Arts are running from February through May. In the first week of classes , bring a friend or try an additional class for free! There will be no classes the week of April 6-10 for Spring Break.

Location: 1711 North Main Street


Adult Beginner Ballet – Wednesdays, 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Adult All-levels Ballet – Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:45 pm

Kids Ballet Level I/II – Wednesdays, 4:15 – 5:15 pm

Location: 1512 North Main Street

Flow (Vinyasa) – Tuesdays, 10:30 – 11:30 am

Gentle Yoga – Thursdays, 12:00 – 1:00 pm

Yin Yoga – Sundays, 12:00 – 1:15 pm and Tuesdays, 12:00-1:00 pm
