In this class we will explore the fundamentals of classical ballet through the lens of yoga. Through inquiry into the Earth element, stability in the core, hips, legs, and feet will be emphasized as we connect to our foundation, breath, and intention. Subsequent series will build on this foundation adding fluidity and lightness. No previous ballet or yoga experience is required – absolute beginners are welcome!
